The 2008 ADR Atlas is divided into two volumes this year. Volume One: Atlas of Chronic Kidney Disease in the United States and Volume Two: Atlas of End-Stage Renal Disease in the United States. Both sections of the atlas, focuses on a visual display of information through graphs and maps. You can view and download both PDF files of these chapters and Excel files of the data underlying the figures. The downloadable files containing the chapters of the ADR are in Adobe Acrobat™, you will need the reader that will allow you to look at the documents. Slides are also available as PowerPoint & Excel Zip files for downloading.

ADR 2008 - Reference Tables (Medicare only)
The patients included in these tables are all ESRD beneficiaries who were Medicare Entitled at the time of ESRD Initiation for Incident Cohort and at December 31 for Point Prevalent Cohort. In other words, these patients could be Medicare Primary, MSP (Medicare as Secondary Payor), or MCO (Managed Care Organizations).
